icourts Named a RelativityOne Approved Data Migration Partner
icourts recognized as a leading APAC Relativity Partner for expertise in migrating data to RelativityOne
May 7, 2020 – SYDNEY – icourts, legal technology consultancy, today announced it has become a RelativityOne Approved Data Migration Partner. Approved Data Migration Partners are approved to support and understand RelativityOne standard practices for data migration. Such partners may implement expanded or enhanced offerings of value for data migrations, including but not limited to customised workflows or applications.
icourts was an early adopter of RelativityOne, recognising the benefits the SaaS delivery would provide to clients including enhanced security, extensibility, speed and scalability.
Having managed the data migration of three New Zealand regulators and countless projects for law firms and corporations, icourts understands that migration to a cloud-based solution typically presents a range of problems from compliance to continuity. icourts’ RelativityOne Data Migration Services is uniquely tailored to overcome these common migration challenges. Its specifically designed workflows, custom applications and on-boarding procedures streamline and accelerate the movement of e-discovery data and infrastructure to the cloud.
“We are delighted to be a RelativityOne Approved Data Migration Partner,” said Rebecca Grant Executive Director at icourts. “Every migration throws up a unique set of challenges from data security and information governance to more technical problems such as corrupt data or script migration; all with a human focused change management overlay. We understand the complexities of migrating data to the cloud and use that knowledge to provide a simple and smooth transition for our clients.”
“Accomplishing RelativityOne Approved Data Migration Partner status is just another way icourts continues to innovate and expand upon its offerings to help their clients transition to the cloud,” said James Zinn, Director, Commercial Partnerships at Relativity. “From data transformation and integration right through to user training and gaining whole team support for the new system, icourts’ multi-disciplinary team has the expertise to provide a secure, reliable method to quickly and cost-effectively move an e-discovery environment to RelativityOne.”
To achieve RelativityOne Approved Data Migration Partner status, partners receive regular training updates on all Relativity applications to support migrations and pass a complex scenario test that requires they perform data migration of Relativity Server workspaces to RelativityOne. These scenarios are challenging and require strong analysis and troubleshooting to pass. Partners must also maintain regular feedback loops with Relativity. icourts is participating in Relativity Fest London, a virtual event taking place from May 12-14, 2020.
